About the Training Course

To help LA recover after the devastating 2025 wildfires, LACI will launch a Resilient Rebuilding Training Course for fire-impacted individuals, focusing on rebuilding energy-efficient homes and supporting climate-resilient infrastructure. Through hands-on technical training focused on building energy management systems and project management, industry-recognized certifications, and professional development, the program will support green jobs pathways that advance equitable recovery and long-term climate sustainability. This training course will prioritize wildfire survivors; however, it is open to the general public.

  • Building Science Principles (BSP)

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

Requirements to Apply

  • 18 years and older

  • LA County resident

  • Currently unemployed or underemployed

  • Low to moderate income

  • High School Diploma Required (some college preferred)
