Campus Operations Coordinator

The Campus Operations Coordinator at LACI plays an essential role in the facilities management of the La Kretz Innovation Campus. Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations, this role will be responsible for the performance and maintenance of building equipment and services, support community management, and help implement green building best practices.

Sr Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization and serves as the primary owner of the month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger integrity, and financial reporting accuracy. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role ensures all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and applicable grant and donor requirements. The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining strong internal controls, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring the integrity of financial data used for organizational decision-making.

SVP, Growth and Development

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Growth and Development is a critical leadership role responsible for driving and executing LACI’s development and fundraising strategy to support the organization’s growth. The SVP will align development initiatives across the organization as we work to scale our impact throughout the Los Angeles region and beyond via our growing national programming.
