The LACI APC Fellowship Program is a multi-tiered workforce training pipeline program to provide technical training, interpersonal skills, and industry-recognized certifications to succeed in the green economy. Participants in the program are paired with LACI startups and partners for internships and job opportunities—all part of our mission to build an inclusive green economy.
The APC Fellowship Program timeline is as follows:
January 25 – Virtual Career Exploration Day
60 students participate in an experimental learning day at LACI (virtually) to explore careers in the cleantech sector.
February 8 – Virtual Technical Bootcamp (six weeks)
30 students are selected to participate in a six-week technical bootcamp focused on E-Mobility maintenance and troubleshooting.
April 9 – Career Fair
Students are invited to participate in a career fair with LACI startups, partner organizations and employers.
March 29 – Internship
Graduates will participate in three-month internships and receive technical support and continuing education from training contractors.
