About the event
Road to 2028 – Leadership Summit: invites California policy makers, national thought leaders, philanthropic organizations, corporate executives, and startup founders in clean energy and zero emission transportation to come together at a critical moment of regional challenge and opportunity. This interactive summit will answer the question – “How do we leverage innovative technology, federal and state policy, and financial models in 2026 to meet the goals the LA region is striving to achieve ahead of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games?” As California’s largest metropolitan region, LA is a powerful engine for driving innovation and sustainability in the world’s fourth-largest economy—and has the potential to play an even larger role on the world stage in 2028 if we invest in scaling solutions now. From exciting innovations in cleantech and zero emissions transportation to on-the-ground projects already making an impact, we’ll explore how the region can accelerate from blueprint to building, and watt it takes to truly get there.
