As LACI’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Vince is responsible for creating, managing and executing communications efforts and digital content, sharing the successes of LACI programs with external and internal stakeholders, and implementing creative social media strategies.

Prior to joining LACI, Vince was the lead digital media strategist for the California Energy Commission and was instrumental in elevating the agency’s online presence and bolstering its digital media outreach efforts. Before that, he served as the executive assistant for the California Air Resources Board’s Research Division.

Vince has a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and a minor in Spanish from California State University, Sacramento. A lifelong Californian, Vince was born and raised in the foothills of the Golden State. Outside of cleantech, Vince is an entertainment aficionado, having produced and hosted radio, television and podcast programs as well as music events and festivals.
