Serenity provides assistance to the Workforce Development Program by recruiting participants, coordinating trainings, and collecting participant data. She earned her Bachelor’s in Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Prior to coming to LACI, Serenity was employed by Chrysalis as an Internal Operations Coordinator. Through this position, she gained experience providing professional development feedback to her participants, inputting data, and transforming every day procedures to be more efficient. Serenity has worked with a variety of individuals including: the mental health, housing/food insecurity, and reentry populations.
